Sara's Biography

Sara found Jaek and Dan through a Craigslist ad she posted, of all places.  The three of them met several times before seeking to round out the band, but Sara recalls the first meeting as the one that counted. "I knew right when we started playing that we could do some great stuff.  It just felt right."  A prolific and diverse lyricist, Sara draws from both personal experiences and poetic portraits to cast words to WMO's music.  Combine that with her soulful voice and jazzy delivery, and it becomes the most standout element of the band's sound.
